Redizajn realizoval t\u00edm RUVK. Princ\u00edpom hry je h\u013eadanie rie\u0161en\u00ed z poz\u00edcie z\u00e1stupkyne \u010di z\u00e1stupcu mestskej samospr\u00e1vy. Z t\u00fdchto rie\u0161en\u00ed by mali benefitova\u0165 inak opom\u00edjan\u00e9 skupiny \u013eudsk\u00fdch aj ne\u013eudsk\u00fdch akt\u00e9rov v meste.  RUVK je v\u00fdskumn\u00fd a interven\u010dn\u00fd t\u00edm, zlo\u017een\u00fd z dizajn\u00e9rok, architektov, soci\u00e1lnych vedk\u00fd\u0148, odborn\u00edka na soci\u00e1lne b\u00fdvanie a pr\u00e1vnika. V lokalite pracuje v r\u00f4znych zostav\u00e1ch u\u017e od roku 2018. \u010clenovia t\u00edmu asistovali obyvate\u013eom pri adresovan\u00ed z\u00e1vad v b\u00fdvan\u00ed mestu ako prenaj\u00edmate\u013eovi a tie\u017e pri podan\u00ed podnetu verejnej ochrankyni pr\u00e1v. Po hromadnom ukon\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch zml\u00fav zo strany Mesta Ve\u013ek\u00fd Krt\u00ed\u0161 v septembri 2020, ktor\u00e9 sa dotklo pribli\u017ene 130 \u013eud\u00ed, z toho 70 det\u00ed, v bytovom dome 4 mesiace intenz\u00edvne, na ka\u017edodennej b\u00e1ze, p\u00f4sobil jeden z \u010dlenov t\u00edmu. RUVK usiloval tie\u017e o prepojenie lok\u00e1lnych subjektov s cie\u013eom posilni\u0165 kapacity pre ter\u00e9nnu soci\u00e1lnu pr\u00e1cu a dostupn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie v lokalite."}
